This Web site (hereafter, "this Site"), www.summitpointhoa.com, is owned and operated by the Summit Point Homeowners Association, a Georgia (USA) non-profit organization with its principal place of business in Fayetteville, Georgia, for your personal, non-commercial use only.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. This Site is created and controlled by the Summit Point Homeowners Association in the state of Georgia, United States of America. It can be accessed from all 50 states, as well as from other countries around the world. The Summit Point Homeowners Association makes no representations that materials on this Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
