Summit Point Commons Areas

This map shows the areas (outlined in red) that are under the jurisdiction of the Summit Point HOA. They include all the drainage basins/ditches and other small areas. The Summit Point HOA is not responsible for areas outside our commons areas, including the large "Summit Point" signs at the entrances to the Summit Point area. Those signs belong to, and are maintained by, the Summit Point Shopping Center.
