2016 HOA Dues Deadline Approaching Soon!

The Summit Point HOA Board has decided that the March will be now be the month that annual dues are collected. All payments must be received by March 31, or an overdue penalty will apply.

These HOA funds are used to maintain our common areas, pay state taxes and other fees, and to pay our management company, HomeLink. The Summit Point HOA Board is a voluntary organization and members are not compensated for their time and efforts.

If you have not paid your 2015 dues, which were due by December 31, 2015, you have been assessed a late fee. Please pay your 2015 as soon as possible because late fees will continue to accrue.

Those who refuse to pay their HOA dues will fall under state guidelines, which include placing a lean on your property. However, that is a last resort. If you are having trouble paying your HOA fees, please contact us and we will be glad to work with you to resolve this.
