Clean Up of Summit Point Drainage Ditches Delayed Due to Contract Language

There has been a delay in the clean up of the drainage ditches in the Summit Point subdivision due to contract language the HOA board feels is unfavorable to the residents.

The Summit Point HOA Board recently received the contract for the clean up and has been thoroughly going over all elements of the agreement. Members of the Summit Point HOA Board want to make sure that the clean up is done to its specifications and that it will be up to its standards.

Changes are being made to the language and the board of directors is hoping to sign the revised agreement soon so the clean up process can begin.

Once begun, it is estimated that the clean up will take three weeks to complete.
