New Bank for Summit Point HOA

Due to changes at the previous bank for the Summit Point HOA, they will no longer provide accounts for homeowners associations. This necessitated a change and the board or directors has authorized a new bank for the association's banking needs: Alliance Association Bank (AAB).

All payments of dues should now be sent to:
Alliance Association Bank
PO Box 93803
Las Vegas, NV 89193

Make checks out to: Summit Point HOA.

You MUST include an account number on your check. Your account number is your house number followed by the first letter of your street name (e.g. 340 Adverstone Court would have an account number of 340A. 125 Lindsey Terrace would have an account number of 125L).

If you want to create a bank draft or set up a check to be sent directly from your checking account, use the following information, if necessary, as well:
Management Company ID: 7079
Community ID: SP
AAB Telephone #: 888-734-4567

You can also use this information to pay your fees (assessments) by credit card or E-Check at the Alliance Association Bank website.
