Town Hall Meeting to Discuss Southside Development

A new proposal for the development of the land near the Ingles grocery store is expected to be revealed at a Town Hall Meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16, 2016. This meeting will be held at Fayetteville City Hall.

The developer is expected to outline their proposed use for the land, including plans for rezoning it for residential use. Previous plans apparently included building town houses.

It is expected there will be an opportunity for area residents to comment and ask questions at this meeting.
