2017 Summit Point HOA Dues Deadline is March 31

Every household in the Summit Point community should have receive a FlexBIll coupon book for their 2017 HOA dues by now. The payments is $250.00 per household, which is due by March 31, 2017. After that day, late fees will be assessed.

Payment may also be made online by credit card or check by going to the:
Alliance Association Bank website

Use the following information to log in:
Management Company ID: 7079
Association ID: SP
Unit Account Number: (Your house number followed by the first letter of your street name. For example, 340 Adverstone Court would have a unit account number of 340A. 125 Lindsey Terrace would have a unit account number of 125L.)

These dues are assessed on a yearly basis so that the HOA can pay for the maintenance of our common areas, including the water drainage ditches and ravines, as well as insurance, management fees, legal fees, taxes, and other expenses.
