Brent Holdings Housing Project North of Summit Point Neighborhood Approved by Fayetteville City Council

The Fayetteville City Council has approved the 47-lot Dixon Farm subdivision, located directly north of the Summit Point subdivision. Brent Holdings LLC received the approval on August 6, 2020.

The homes being built will have a minimum size of 1800 square feet, an increase in size from the original 1200 square feet. There will be access to the new neighborhood from both Summit Point Drive and Whitney Street. The developers will make extensive improvements to Whitney Street to allow better access from that road.

It was also mentioned that there may be a cart path connection built on the southeastern end of the development.
