Site Plan to be Considered for Parcel Near the Summit Point Neighborhood

February 17, 2022
by Robert Lattery

On February 22, 2022, the City of Fayetteville Planning and Zoning Commission will consider a proposal for the outparcel off of Summit Point Drive behind Bojangles. A conceptual site plan as well as an alcohol permit application for a package store has been received by the commission for that land. The zoning of the property permits this type of establishment, and the site apparently complies with the distance requirements established in the Alcohol Ordinance as they relate to package stores.
