HomeLink Continues as Management Company

The Summit Point HOA has decided to extend the contract to maintain HomeLink as the official management company for the subdivision. The contract is currently expected to expire in July 2016.

As the management company for Summit Point, HomeLink takes care of the day to day business of checking on homes to make sure they are in compliance with Summit Points convenants, mailing out notices to homeowners not complying with the covenants, mailing out bills for annual dues, mailing out notices of upcoming meetings, maintaining our banking services, paying our taxes, and other clerical and legal services.

Like many HOAs across the nation, the board members are volunteers and prefer to have a management company handle these sometimes complicated details.
