Spring is Here and so is Lawn Maintenance
April 14, 2016
by Robert LatteryNow that spring has arrived, homeowners are responsible for maintaining and keeping their lawns, trees and shrubbery in nice condition. This is important not only for your home's value but the value of the homes surrounding you.
Grass should be kept below 4 inches in length. Bushes and shrubs, especially those that can be seen from the street, should be neatly trimmed. Trees should have dead branches removed and trees severely damaged by storms should be removed as soon as possible.
If you are planning on installing any outbuildings or structures, such as a tool or garden shed, you must get written consent from the Summit Point HOA Board. In many cases, you must also get approval from the City of Fayetteville.
